The story informs the parents that you need to talk to your kids and don't let them keeps secrects from you. The story also persuade the parents by even if your son or daughter is gay/lesbian don't get mad at them. The story infroms teens by not talking to random people on the bus or out on the streets and if you do, don't believe what they say or do is the truth. Bill got in a bad place he ended up talking to a stranger and he believe what he said and then bill ended up getting sexual assault by a guy he didn't even know.
